AI and Your Future (Middle & High School)
With this lab, students will discover what questions to ask to learn their school's policy on ChatGPT and how to communicate effectively with artificial intelligence tools.
Self-Reflection & Empowerment (Middle School)
Students will channel their inner artist while tapping into their strengths and inspiring their inner star to shine. They will create a 'me' tree and see their uniqueness, support system and goals for the future.
Sensory Grounding (High School)
Through this exercise, students will practice grounding themselves using all five of their senses. They will learn how to regulate emotions and regain control through focusing their attention on something tangible.
